We're thinking about making some more extensive support mechanisms, but for now, because we have so few clients, we'd rather keep it personal.
Backups and other auto-support
We backup your databases and your uploaded files daily. This is an offsite backup. Contact us any day that you need help, and we'll restore the files or database as soon as humanly possible. I personally ALWAYS have a laptop with me, so I can deal with any emergency pretty much immediately.
Infrastructure
Webhosting and services are based on a tiered structure of providers and a network of service provision, it can be based anywhere in the world, but this has consequences for the applicable laws concerning YOUR website and data. OUR service provider is based in the UK with a secure UK datacentre based in London in a secure raised floor environment. This means that they are not subject to flood or other natural consequence, and are guarded and live 24/7. They don't foolishly promise 100% uptime like some companies, but account for the unforseen, (such as network outages over which they have no control), by promising 99.99% uptime. They're not the cheapest, but our clients are worth it, we want your web experience to be as stress free as possible. (And ours too!)
